FLOWERFIX, reserve the right to change all and/or some of the contents and/or packaging of your order, to provide an equal or greater value without notice. All orders are subject to availability, we will email you in cases where changes and/or cancellations may occur.

Bouquet contents may be harmful if eaten or cause irritation to the skin. - please contact us via email if you require further information before placing an order.  

Flowers are of perishable nature and as such, all fresh flower bouquets require care. Generally, fresh flowers will maintain for 7-10 days subject to the care given. Please refer to the care guide provided with all fresh flower bouquets for further information.

Our products are as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow; and may not be as exactly as pictured and/or may vary seasonally.

We work hard to predict sales and make sure we have the right amount of stock for complimentary gifts and/or promotions. Complimentary gifts and/or promotions are subject to availability and are reserved for orders placed online only. Promotions are strictly 1 use per customer and are valid for online orders only.

All matters concerning and incidental to any offer and/or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be in English and construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.

Any discount(s) offered are applicable to online purchases only and does not include sale items and/or bespoke orders unless otherwise stated.

Further to the above, discount(s) are strictly limited to one per customer.

Order & payments

Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given.

Your order will be acknowledged via e-mail confirming your details providing you enter a correct and valid e-mail address, on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. You will also be issued an order reference number for any future correspondence. Acceptance of the order will take place on the allocation of the goods to your order.

Payment may be made by any of the following methods: credit or debit card, paypal, google pay, apple pay, klarna and will be debited when you place your order. If any credit or debit card offered for payment is declined by the card provider, we will make every effort to contact you on the number given at the time of ordering for an alternative form of payment. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to contact you and an alternative form of payment is not provided, the order will be cancelled.

Returns / Exchanges

For most items you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, however;

Perishable and/or customised goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

We regret that you may not cancel and/or amend an order for (i) perishable goods once your order has been dispatched; and/or (ii) customised goods if the customisation process has begun; and/or (iii) within 48 hours of dispatch date; and/or (iv) orders for same day and next day.

  1. Due to their nature, these offers are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we will substitute flowers or packaging of equal quality and value.
  2. Additional non-returnable items: gift cards.
  3. To complete your cancellation, we require a legible receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. FLOWERFIX, reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if

(i) insufficiency in the stock to deliver the products you have ordered;

(ii) the price or description of the products was listed incorrectly due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information;

(iii) if we do cancel your order, we will notify you by email and process the refund of any sum paid by you to your credit or debit card. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation for loss or disappointment suffered by you.

In the unlikely event of damaged/faulty goods, we offer a no quibble replacement within 14 days from receiving your order (non perishable goods). However, we do request for photos within 12 hours of delivery. Please contact us via email at


Refunds if applicable will be processed within 3-5 working days of a valid cancellation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

In the unlikely event of a late or missing refund, please check your bank account again, as it may take some time before your refund is processed.
