Products

FLOWERFIX, reserve the right to change all and/or some of the contents and/or packaging of your order, to provide an equal or greater value without notice. All orders are subject to availability, Our products are as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow; and may not be as exactly as pictured and/or may vary seasonally. All flowers and colours are subject to availability and substitution. Any substitutions are either of equal or greater value as those initially intended.

In cases where we need to cancel your order, you will receive an email notification to confirm the cancellation and issuing of refund. 

Bouquet contents may be harmful if eaten or cause irritation to the skin. - please contact us via email if you require further information before placing an order.  

Flowers are of perishable nature and as such, all fresh flower bouquets require care. Generally, fresh flowers will maintain for 7-10 days subject to the care given. Some flowers may wilt earlier than the 7 days, due to each stem being different and the care provided. Please refer to the care guide provided with all fresh flower bouquets for preparing and maintaining your flowers.

We work hard to predict sales and make sure we have the right amount of stock for complimentary gifts and/or promotions. Complimentary gifts and/or promotions are subject to availability and are reserved for orders placed online only. Promotions are strictly 1 use per customer and are valid for online orders only.

 

Cancellation

You may notify us to cancel or amend your order with reasonable notice prior to dispatch.

Cancellations (minimum requirement): 48 hour notice prior to the desired delivery date.

Amendments (minimum requirement): 24 hour notice prior to the desired delivery date

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to amend the order. 

Prices

FLOWERFIX, reserve the right to change the prices shown on the website at any time.

All matters concerning and incidental to any offer and/or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be in English and construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.

Any discount(s) offered are applicable to online purchases only and does not include sale items and/or bespoke orders unless otherwise stated.

Further to the above, discount(s) are strictly limited to one per customer.

FLOWERFIX, reserve the right to cancel and/or change discount(s) at any time.

At FLOWERFIX, we are more than happy to help. If you require any information or have a problem with purchases made from us, please contact us via the contact us page. We aim to respond to your query within 12 hours.

Missed Delivery

Whilst we are advertised as a Letterbox Flowers Service, please note that our boxes fit through 90% of UK Letterboxes (within the door). It is the responsibility of the Buyer/Recipient to ensure there are sufficient means to accept the delivery. Should Royal Mail leave a card for missed delivery, the Buyer/Recipient is held responsible to (I) re-arrange and/or (II) collect from the Royal Mail Depot. FLOWERFIX will not be held liable for any missed deliveries or return to sender. If the customer does not contact us, through no fault of our own, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. 

Delivery Date

We are unable to guarantee a delivery date for your order. We use Royal Mail's next day delivery service, however this is not guaranteed for next day. You are made aware of this at the time of order. Furthermore, remote locations will by default require an additional day in transit. In this case, your order may arrive 2-3 days after the desired delivery date. This is beyond our control and as such, FLOWERFIX will not be held liable for any late deliveries

Errors

Being human means we may make an error once in a while. We apologise in advance for any wrongful experience. We will remedy in the most appropriate way. For example, should the issue be a wrong message card, we cannot offer a full refund since the flowers were received to the value of the order. We will be willing to issue a digital greeting message to the recipient or the customer.

Order & payments

Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given.

Your order will be acknowledged via e-mail confirming your details providing you enter a correct and valid e-mail address, on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. You will also be issued an order reference number for any future correspondence. Acceptance of the order will take place on the allocation of the goods to your order.

Payment may be made by any of the following methods: credit or debit card, paypal, google pay, apple pay, klarna and will be debited when you place your order. If any credit or debit card offered for payment is declined by the card provider, we will make every effort to contact you on the number given at the time of ordering for an alternative form of payment. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to contact you and an alternative form of payment is not provided, the order will be cancelled.
