Important Delivery Notes
In order to avoid any late deliveries or incomplete deliveries (return to sender) please ensure your address details are correct and or complete. In the event that we are unable to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete details or if the delivery is refused we reserve the right to charge again to resend a new bunch. Once your flowers or item(s) have been dispatched, we are unable to change any delivery details. Upon your order please review your order confirmation email and contact us via email hello@flowerfix.co.uk if you spot an error. We’ll resolve this for your right away.
Deliveries to hospitals can prove difficult since patients tend to move to different wards. Unfortunately, under there circumstances, we cannot guarantee a successful delivery and as such we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Please note that the distance selling regulation does not apply flowers due to the perishable nature of the goods. Other items, such as scissors or vases the regulations still apply.
