A few helpful tips:
The delicious tulips we post are top heavy, meaning gravity likes to make them drop like its hot. This is not the flowers wilting, but just a natural cause. To help them stay more upright, the following tips should help:
- Use a narrow vase, this will prevent your tulips from slouching and drooping.
- Cut the stems shorter, so that the heads of the flowers are just above the neck line (refer to our photos)
- Always, cut the stems at an angle, or they'll be gasping for a drink.
- A pro florist tip, find a very old copper penny and pop it in your vase. Strangely this works like magic.

Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes. All bouquets include free next-day delivery as standard. Simply order by 1pm and your flowers will arrive the following day, Tuesday to Saturday.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes. Select your preferred delivery date in your shopping cart. We also offer a Premium Delivery option for £7.99 which guarantees delivery before 1pm on your chosen date.
What is letterbox friendly packaging?
Our letterbox bouquets are specially designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox and no signature required. Your flowers arrive safely in protective packaging even when you are not home.
What is hand-tied packaging?
Our hand-tied bouquets are professionally arranged and wrapped, arriving ready to display. They come in a hydration source to keep them fresh in transit and should be placed in a vase on arrival.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes, we are committed to eco-friendly packaging. 99% of our packaging materials are either recyclable or made from recycled materials, so you can enjoy your flowers without the guilt.
Can I recycle the packaging my flowers arrive in?
Almost all of it, yes. 99% of our packaging is recyclable or made from recycled materials. Any small exceptions are kept to an absolute minimum as we work towards 100%.
Are your flowers ethically sourced?
Yes, we carefully select our growers based on ethical and sustainable practices. Our flowers are sourced from responsible UK, European and South American farms that meet high standards for worker welfare, environmental impact, and growing conditions.
How do you make your deliveries ethical?
We work with delivery partners who are committed to reducing their carbon footprint. Our letterbox delivery format also means fewer failed deliveries and redelivery attempts, which reduces unnecessary road miles.
